We are looking for a Field Manager for a growing team at an installation, manufacturing and distribution company in Ocala, Florida. We provide building materials for the residential building market statewide with locations in Jacksonville, Sanford, Melbourne, Winter Haven, Tampa and Fort Myers. We are the largest independent turnkey supplier for lumber, truss, doors, and windows for general contractors, multifamily and single-family builders.
If you enjoy working the job-site, this job is for you. Job requires managing group of supers-skills and Abilities:
· Ability to lead group of construction superintendents
· 5 plus years of supervisory experience
· Finished carpentry experience- preferred
· Hardware/Lock Knowledge- preferred
· Warranty or Defective Product Assessment
· Detail Oriented and Organized
· Basic knowledge in Microsoft office
· Excellent written and verbal communications skills
* Physical Limitations:
· The applicant will be working closely with Superintendents; therefore, they will need to be friendly and communicative. The applicant must be able to work a flexible schedule and adjust easy to change. This is a fast-moving job that requires quick thinking and accuracy in quality of work.
