Overview:We are looking for a Window Service Tech for a growing team at a manufacturing and distribution company in Riverview. We are Florida’s largest independent supplier of lumber, truss, doors and windows. We provide building materials for the residential building market statewide with locations in Jacksonville, Sanford, Clermont, Melbourne, Winter Haven, Tampa and Fort Myers.
Job Description:

• Window screen out/punch
• Install screens
• Inspect and insure proper sash operation
• Adjust and or install new balance rods
• Install glass and sashes

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Vast Carpentry Capabilities
• Window Knowledge
• Warranty or Defective Product Assessment
• Detail Oriented and Organized

Physical Limitations:

• Heavy Lifting
• Working Overhead
• Long Periods of Standing

The applicant will be working closely with Homeowners and Superintendents; therefore, they will need to be friendly and communicative. The applicant must be able to work a flexible schedule and adjust easy to change. This is a fast-moving job that requires quick thinking and accuracy in quality of work.
